Öckeröbussarna processes personal data to answer questions, handle quote requests and plan booked trips. This data may include your name, email address, telephone number and information you provide in our forms.

We use this data only to manage our contact with you and deliver the service you have requested. The data is not shared with third parties for marketing.

If you allow maps and address search, we use Geoapify for address suggestions. The search text you enter and your IP address are then sent to Geoapify. You can still complete the address fields and submit your enquiry without address suggestions. Links to Google Maps open the map service on an external website, where Google’s privacy information applies.

If you accept analytics cookies, we may use Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the website is used, for example page views, clicks, heatmaps and session recordings. Form events are measured without names, email addresses, telephone numbers, addresses or free-text messages, and sensitive form fields are masked before they are sent to the analytics services.

You can contact us if you want to know what data we have stored, correct inaccurate data or request that data be deleted when it is no longer needed.
